Your satisfaction is important to us at Christina Noel. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under these conditions:

• Return Window – Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition – Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items – Final sale, clearance, and personalized/custom products cannot be returned.

• Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Exchanges – Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product.
